In order to make sure that mission-critical email sent by the server goes through, Reclaim will need these details in order to configure your setup. Please provide the following:

• $SMTP_USERNAME, the username to use for SMTP authentication
• $SMTP_USER_PASSWORD, the password to use for SMTP authentication
• $SMTP_HOST, the hostname of the mail server
• $FROM_EMAIL, the SMTP From email address
• $SITE_NAME, the SMTP From name
• $SMTP_PORT, the SMTP port number – likely to be 25, 465 or 587

Reclaim uses TLS for SMTP configuration. If you don’t support TLS, or if you use STARTTLS or another similar protocol, please make us aware so we can accommodate this.
